Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the red444 website at red444.net, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you (the player) and red444 (the platform operator). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

Age Verification Process

Account Registration

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any unlawful financial purpose. red444 cooperates fully with relevant authorities on financial crime matters.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward red444's customer support staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under local law. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether use of the platform is lawful in their location.

red444 employs real-time monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where a violation is identified, red444 reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, void affected bets or winnings, and withhold funds pending investigation. Confirmed cases of fraud, money laundering, or collusion will be referred to the appropriate authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the red444 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, page layouts, text content, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the red444 brand name itself — is the exclusive intellectual property of red444 or is used under licence from third-party rights holders such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, red444 excludes all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:

The red444 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. red444 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game information at any given moment, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

Account Suspension & Closure

red444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the following:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions by the account holder.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period following a request by red444.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including but not limited to identity fraud, payment fraud, or collusion.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder is subject to a self-exclusion order that prohibits their participation in online gaming.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to the dormant account policy described below.

Voluntary Closure

Players may request the voluntary closure of their red444 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding real-money balance (net of pending bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements) will be paid out to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. red444 will notify the account holder by email prior to applying a dormant account administration fee. If the account holder does not respond within 30 days of notification, a monthly administration fee of ৳100 will be deducted from the account balance until either the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero, at which point the account will be closed.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the jurisdiction in which the platform is registered. In the event of a dispute between a player and red444, the following resolution process applies:

Any legal proceedings arising from a dispute must be commenced within one year of the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

red444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect a player's rights or obligations in a meaningful way — red444 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice to registered players via the email address on file and via an in-platform notification displayed upon login.

Minor amendments, such as clarifications of existing language, corrections of typographical errors, or additions that do not reduce a player's rights, may be implemented without prior notice but will be reflected in the updated effective date shown at the top of this document.
